Large paintings on canvas developed in the studio from outdoor watercolours and extended study - landscapes where place, memory, and perception unfold at full scale.

Each work grows over time, in many layers, from field studies made while traveling - visual notes of a specific location and day, later reimagined until the painting can stand on its own. They balance abstraction and recognition - distinct, tactile, and resonant.
